Operators use Bluestuff Play to acquire players in markets where advertising is restricted, to keep existing players engaged between bets, and to reactivate dormant accounts without sending another bonus email.

Yes. Bluestuff Play involves no deposits, no wagering and no cash prizes, so operators use it to build a consented, age-verified player base ahead of a licence landing, or in markets where real-money advertising is restricted. Market-by-market rules still apply and are configured at setup rather than left to the operator.

How is Bluestuff Play priced for operators?

Accepted Answer

Two models for the same platform. A flat monthly platform fee that does not move with usage, which most operators choose. Or a lower platform fee plus a share of what free-to-play players go on to generate. Operator pricing is quoted — the published creator plans are not available to gambling operators.

Does it run on our domain and link to our accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free-to-play layer runs on your own subdomain in your brand, with account linking to your existing player records. Every route in — QR codes at events, creator pages, social posts — lands on your domain rather than on a third-party platform.

What player data do we get?

Accepted Answer

The data players have consented to share. Bluestuff Play captures opt-in at sign-up, and separately per sponsor for Sponsored Network campaigns, and provides the consent record, the audit trail and the export. Nothing moves without a player’s explicit agreement.

Can we sponsor competitions on creator pages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, through the Bluestuff Play Sponsored Network. You set the markets, prizes, budget and creator fees; Bluestuff Play matches your brief to verified pages and runs the campaign end to end. Operator campaigns run only on verified 18+ pages and only within each market’s advertising rules. Creators keep editorial control and can decline.

Can we have games built to our brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Branded originals are built through Bluestuff Mint on the same game engines that run every Bluestuff Play title, themed to your brand, with human QA before release. The artwork, characters and sound are yours; the mathematics and the provable fairness are identical to every other game on the platform.

Question 8

We’re an agency running this for a client — how does that work?

Accepted Answer

If you run a brand, use Pro or Max for each brand with business verification. If you run a page for a licensed operator, tell Bluestuff who the client is and the page is set up under that operator’s agreement. Multi-brand accounts, additional seats and API access are in development — talk to the team if you need them sooner.
